1899, May 1818, The Hague, Holland: The treaties, declarations, and final Act of the conference were signed on 29 July of that year, and they entered into force on 4 September 1900. What is referred to as the Hague Convention of 1899 consisted of three main treaties and three additional declarations:
(IV,2): Declaration concerning the Prohibition of the Use of Projectiles with the Sole Object to Spread Asphyxiating Poisonous Gases
This declaration states that, in any war between signatory powers, the parties will abstain from using projectiles "the sole object of which is the diffusion of asphyxiating or deleterious gases." Ratified by all major powers, except the United States.
British Troops Blinded During WW1 by Gas
Taking heed from the gross atrocities inflicted on Allied troops during the 1914-18 World War. In 1925 the Allies and others decided to ensure that those injuries inflicted on the wartime troops would never again happen.
The use of poison gas by all major belligerents throughout World War I constituted war crimes as its use violated the 1899 Hague Treaties.
The use of toxic chemicals as weapons dates back thousands of years, but the first large scale use of chemical weapons was during World War I.
The 1914-18 War had seen the use of horrific toxins by way of tear gas, to lethal agents like phosgene, chlorine, and mustard gas. They were primarily used to demoralize, injure, and kill entrenched defenders, against whom the indiscriminate and generally very slow-moving or static nature of gas clouds would be most effective.
The Allies all suffered from those nasty substances and agreed among themselves in a 1925 conference in Geneva [the 1925 Geneva Protocol] that they should never be used again because of their inhuman and lasting effect on those military and private people who were affected in the war.
1925, May 4 - 17, Geneva, Switzerland: The Geneva Protocol, was a Protocol for the Prohibition of the Use in War of Asphyxiating, Poisonous or Other Gases, and of Bacteriological Methods of Warfare. The Protocol was drawn up and signed at a conference which was held in Geneva under the auspices of the League of Nations from 4 May to 17 June 1925, and it entered into force on 8 February 1928.
The Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction (usually referred to as the Biological Weapons Convention, abbreviation: BWC, or Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention, abbreviation: BTWC) was the first multilateral disarmament treaty banning the production of an entire category of weapons.

The Convention was the result of prolonged efforts by the international community to establish a new instrument that would supplement the 1925 Geneva Protocol. Unfortunately the Geneva Protocol prohibits use but not possession or development of chemical and biological weapons.
1972, April 10, :A draft of the BWC, submitted by the British was opened for signature on 10 April 1972 and entered into force 26 March 1975 when twenty-two governments had deposited their instruments of ratification.
1975, The Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction (usually referred to as the Biological Weapons Convention, abbreviation: BWC, or Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention, abbreviation: BTWC) was the first multilateral disarmament treaty banning the production of an entire category of weapons.
The scope of the BWC's prohibition is defined in Article 1 (the so-called general purpose criterion). This includes all microbial and other biological agents or toxins and their means of delivery (with exceptions for medical and defensive purposes in small quantities). Subsequent Review Conferences have reaffirmed that the general purpose criterion encompasses all future scientific and technological developments relevant to the Convention. It is not the objects themselves (biological agents or toxins), but rather certain purposes for which they may be employed which are prohibited; similar to Art.II, 1 in the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC). Permitted purposes under the BWC are defined as prophylactic, protective and other peaceful purposes. The objects may not be retained in quantities that have no justification or which are inconsistent with the permitted purposes.
As stated in Article 1 of the BWC:
"Each State Party to this Convention undertakes never in any circumstances to develop, produce, stockpile or otherwise acquire or retain:
(1) Microbial or other biological agents, or toxins whatever their origin or method of production, of types and in quantities that have no justification for prophylactic, protective or other peaceful purposes;
(2) Weapons, equipment or means of delivery designed to use such agents or toxins for hostile purposes or in armed conflict."
1989, USA: The United States Congress passed the Bio-weapons Anti-Terrorism Act in 1989 to implement the Convention. The law applies the Convention's convent to countries and private citizens, and criminalizes violations of the Convention.
2019, A revision of the 1975 Treaty commits the 183 states which are party to it as of August 2019 to prohibit the development, production, and stockpiling of biological and toxin weapons. However, the absence of any formal verification regime to monitor compliance has limited the effectiveness of the Convention. An additional five states have signed the BWC but have yet to ratify the treaty.
Of course everyone knows that Russia for many years has been producing Toxins for use in assassinations. The State has denied over the years the murders of people inside and outside Russia with illegal toxins. Of course they have denied doing many of the things that there is clear evidence of them doing. There can be no doubt whatsoever that they murdered a whole host of people.
We know that the chemical compounds and toxin gas were dropped many times on the Syrian people, which were weapons produced by or under the supervision of the Russians.
Russia has used chemical weapons and used radioactive materials to assassinate, and it’s the Russian State we are talking about, under the direct instructions of Vladimir Putin.
January 1, 2016, a retired British High Court judge named Robert Owen published a 328-page report on the 2006 death in London of Alexander Litvinenko, a former agent of Russia’s Federal Security Service, the F.S.B. Nine years after Litvinenko went bald and wasted away in a London hospital bed. Poisoned with a rare radioactive isotope. Owen’s report found that there was “strong circumstantial evidence of Russian state responsibility” and that the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, and the head of the F.S.B. likely sanctioned the murder.
On 4 March 2018, Sergei Skripal, a former Russian military officer and double agent for the UK’s intelligence services, and his daughter Yulia Skripal were mercilessly poisoned in Salisbury, England, with a Novichok nerve agent known as A-234. Putin’s agents have been identified and tracked on CCTV and camera’s.
Hundreds of people in Russia and around the world have been assassinated by the Vladimir Putin controlled Russian State. Many news journalists among them, and anyone who spoke against Putin are among the victims
So how about if Russia is now responsible for the Corona Virus? We do know they are up to this dirty stuff and cannot be trusted.
March 20, 2020, Russia: — Russia confirmed 54 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the country's total number of infections to 253.— There is "no need" for President Vladimir Putin to take a coronavirus test because he hasn't shown any symptoms of the illness, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
What I find rather strange is how Russia has herd immunity against the Virus and how Putin has bragged that he and Russians are immune to the Corona Virus. What a great way to bring about a regime change in those places he most fears and wants rid of: China, Iran, the USA, Britain. Dump a little live Virus here and there and hey presto! The virus will do what chemical and conventional weapons cannot.
The real problem is once released the Virus and all deadly communicable diseases know no borders. There is no way of controlling them; most countries in the world are now infected, with an almost total wipe out of old people in Italy. Yet the Russians and Putin stay safe from the virus, only a handful of cases are recorded.
I believe the Russians were pre-inoculated over the last ten years, the Corona Virus inoculation being mixed with other inoculations during that time. Couldn’t get the whole population, but those that mattered got it, those that did not will die in Russia, like everywhere else.
And during all this China gets the blame, as designed, and orchestrated.
Maybe I am absolutely wrong, but when considering Russia’s known previous dirty actions under Putin, anything is possible, he is a very dangerous man, and Russia is a very dangerous country.
